1. The participant numbering should be the same as in the Proposal submission forms (FORMS A)
2. The project management activities are reimbursed at 100% but limited to 10% of the total eligible cost of the action (total budget)
3. The maximum reimbursable indirect costs should for the moment be calculated as a flat rate of maximum 30% of the total eligible personnel costs. Please note that the use of a flat-rate of 30% on staff direct cost for the calculation of indirect costs is further subject to the formal approval of the Commission College. This approval will be communicated in due course.
4. The submission set details the maximum EC financial contribution. Under strand 1, innovation activities are reimbursed at 75%, under strand 2 at 95%
