1. Are required Audits certificates for partners?

As indicated on p. 13 of the submission set, for the financial capacity, applicants must show that they have stable and sufficient sources of finance to ensure the continuity of their organisation throughout the action and to play a part in financing it.
In case the proposed amount requested from the Commission exceeds 500.000 Euro for a partner organisation, an audit certificate on the accounts for that partner organisation need to be provided before the conclusion of the grant agreement. Â
2. Can participate One organization as partner in two proposals for strand 1 and 2?
what are the limitations in the number and type of proposals for participant?
In this sense what dependency is applicable to a member of a SCE or EEIG? Both can be considerer independent and eligible for 2 different proposals?
All organisations eligible to present a proposal can participate as partners. The eligibility criteria are outlined in section III.1 and section IV.I of the submission set. There is no limitation as to the number of proposals they can participate in. Eligible organisations can be at the same time partner in a strand 1 and in a strand 2 proposal.
3. Can act an organization as specialised external experts and contractor <60KEUR in different proposals?
Yes.
4. What are the maximum of the project Management cost? 7%?
Are applicable the 5% of overloads?
As detailed in the forward budget tables project management costs are reimbursed at 100% but limited to 10% of the total eligible cost of the action.
