We are at the at the National Research Center have various experiences , beside our agriculture division we have medicine division and another divisions on all branches of science . All these divisions could cooperate with our project to make rural development in the area of northern west coast of the mediterranean located in Egypt .
Improving barley production in the northern west coast in Egypt .
Barley is a very important grain in the world today. It is very versatile in every way. It has been well adapted through its evolution. Now however, barely has become well known and so have its many uses. Barley, which is of the genus Hordeum, is a cereal that belongs to the grass family Poaceae. Barley has many different varieties. The most common is Hordeum vulgare, which is a six-rowed type of barley that has a spike notched on opposite sides with three spikelets on each notch. At each notch there is a flower or floret that later develops into a kernel.
Barley is very adaptable to various environments. In fact, it is the most adaptable of the cereals. Barley is an annual grass that has two growing seasons, winter and spring. . Barley also has a very good resistance to dry heat compared to other small grains. This feature allows it to grow near desert areas such as North Africa. Barley contains some substances increase immunity in human body.
Barley is widely and is currently a major crop of the temperat and tropical areas. Barley ( Hordeum vulgare L.) is the main cereal crop grown in the rainfed areas of Egypt . It occupies about 300,000 feddans ( c . 126000 ha) in the Northwest coast . Epanding the agricultural land base to the drier arable land in Egypt , ÔÇ£ especially the north . west costal region is becoming a necessity to meet the food demands of the growing population . Northwest coast . more desert areas , either sandy or calcareous, have to be put under cultivation. Such soils are poor with respect to their physico-bio-chemical properties, soil water ÔÇô plant relationships as well as their nutritional status . Reclamation and land utilization of such soils are faced by several difficulties Under such severe conditions, desired yield levels are difficult to attain. Proper management of these calls for specialized approaches for sustainable productivity. The practical proper management using organic or inorganic chemical amendments. . The aim of this proposal is to improving barley production in the North ÔÇô west coastal of Egypt by using agronomic treatments and other treatments such as organic manure to satisfy the local demand and export to europe. Egyption Bedouins in the north-west coastal used to cultivate barley with very primerval methods. The forseen impact of the project is to improve the methods and the treatments to cultivate barley with recent activity and recovery of some substances usefull for immunity for human body . The direct cntact with those people may elaborate their life completely.

Technology consulting
Ixonos produces consulting, architecture, planning and specification services to develop the customers' business critical software and information systems. Ixonos is a technology-independent expert that is strongly committed to open standards. Our extensive experience of projects carried out for different business segments, the high level of training of our personnel and their certified competence, as well as the fact that we put our heart into what is best for our customer, guarantee that the customers get the best services and solutions for developing their information systems cost-efficiently and with high-quality.
Technology and systems consulting
The goal of the technology and systems consulting is to objectively assess the customer's need for software and information system development. We implement systems surveys and inspections to assess the systems present status, test their capacity and the level of data security and reliability. We carry out information system audits in order to develop processes and working methods, architecture, implementation and documentation, as well as application code.
We also act as the customers' representative and support when they select technology and products, prepare quality norms for ICT procurement, acquire products and services, as well as in supervising information system implementation, adoption and production monitoring.
Architecture consulting
By implementing proactive software architecture planning, we make sure that a company's ICT solutions adapt to the company's changing business models and the digitalization of the business processes. As these change, the integration of the ICT systems has to adapt to the new ways of operation in a flexible and fast way, so that the company's business continues undisturbed.
We are a technology and product independent expert planning corporate architecture, information architecture, technology architecture, application architecture, as well as data security and integration architecture. The architecture specification describes the application architecture from different viewpoints, the specifications and recommendations related to application implementation, the connection and integration to other systems, the use of data bases and user interfaces and environments. When planning a solution, we always assess what resources and products the customer has available, and which products or Oopen Ssource code solutions we can use to present a development proposal that is as cost-efficient as possible.
Systems design and specification
In the requirement specification of a system the needs and technical demands of the customer's business operations are outlined together with the system's users, the customer's ICT personnel and the management. A requirement specification typically includes the following stages: assessment of present state; description of target state, description of business processes; operational and non-operational requirements as well as their relations and dependencies; prioritization of requirements.
In all technology consulting we utilize the uniform standards, general modeling methods, essential architecture and use case methods, as well as the most efficient design models of the field.

The Institute of Agro-Environmental and Forest Biology carries out basic and applied research in the following areas:
- Plant environment interaction;
- Ecological impact of anthropization;
- Environment-driven biological and evolutionary mechanisms;
- Ecophysiology and productivity of agricultural and forest plant species.
The Institute research addresses the interaction plant-environment at different level: from the biochemistry of leaf organelles, to single leaves, to individual plants, to populations and plant communities, cultivated or natural. Basic research is therefore strictly tied with applied experiments, to the aim of helping in addressing environmental and agricultural problems, with emphasis on those peculiar of the Mediterranean area.
The research activities of the Institute are often carried out in collaboration with other Italian and foreign research Institutes, but also with regional and state-owned extension Departments, and with the scientific committees of State and regional Parks and Reservations. This allows to reach relevant end-users while at the same time validating in field-experiments laboratory esperiments and testing their impact on the environment. The Institute is also strengthening collaborations with International Organizations based in Roma such as FAO and IPGRI, to be able to collaborate on the study and solution of problems of global importance such as the environment and food availability.

Agricultural research
Agriculture - food
Agricultural and food research, plus economic and environmental research related to agriculture.
MTT operates in 14 different locations across Finland. The executive and operational centre is located in Jokioinen, 120 kilometres north-west of Helsinki. It is an expert body operating under the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. We produce and disseminate scientific research information and develop and promote the transfer of new technology for the agriculture and food sector as a whole. MTT has several units with different functions.
Plant Production Research produces information and methods used to develop the cultivation of field crops, horticultural plants and greenhouse plants. One of the topics is organic cultivation.
The unit also breeds varieties of horticultural plants, is dedicated to broadening the range of horticultural plant varieties and seeking good production methods for greenhouses preservation of plant genetic resources and selects new landscaping plants for commercial production. In addition the unit develops the raw material production of biomaterials and bioenergy. The aim is to produce safe raw materials and sustainable production systems that cause the smallest possible load to the environment. The unit operates as 18 teams at eight locations. Part of the unit's research is carried out within the Environmental and Technology Programmes.
The research domains of the Economics unit include research on agricultural production systems management, commodity markets and agribusiness economics, accounting, agri-environmental economics and policies for agriculture, rural areas and the environment.
The Technology Programme aggregates and supports the technology research conducted in different research units within MTT Agrifood Research Finland. Key targets for research and development include, for example, bioenergy production systems and methods, and agricultural production chains.
Environmental Programme brings together environmental expertise from different research units. The aim is to devise solutions that help to reduce the environmental effects of agriculture and the food processing industry, to develop sustainable production methods and to better control the environmental effects of the entire food processing chain.
Biotechnology and Food Research develops by means of breeding methods production and quality traits of plants and animals improves quality and healthy of foods, studies plant and animal genetic resources and develops the ecological sustainability of food production.
Promote and develop animal production and to improve its economic efficiency and the quality of the end products. MTT Agrifood Research Finland studies the nutrition and welfare of pigs, poultry, horses, fur animals, dairy cows and beef cattle.

BM-SCIENCE Brain & Mind Technologies Research Centre is a small but growing scientific research organization established in 2002. It provides a nexus between scientific research in neuroscience and society.
Our two major focuses and orientation lines are:
Scientific Research of high standards and quality, mainly in the study of human brain and mind, though spreading to the broad field of human physiology.
The form of our work ranges from typical internal research projects to joint-collaborative research with other scientific research organizations, as well as through memberships in larger research consortiums.
Professional Consulting - Due to the increasing demand of society in specialized knowledge in our area of expertise, and as collateral activity of our core scientific research, we can help different entities though consulting or services.

Research activities having impact
Our research formed the basis for us to understand how information about the "objective" physical entities of the external world can be integrated, and how unified and coherent mental states (or Gestalts) can be established in the internal entities of distributed neuronal systems. We are developing a unified methodological and conceptual basis (Operational Architectonics) for a possible mechanism of how the transient synchronization of brain operations may construct the unified and relatively stable neural states, which underlie mental states
